These levels are designed to take you through a learning process that encompasses the full scope and depth of the subject. True progress requires prolonged study at each level.
Level 1 Beginners/Introductory - Recommended if you’re completely new to yoga or have tried other forms of yoga but are new to the Iyengar method. The fundamentals of Iyengar yoga build skill and create a solid foundation for continued progress. This class is also ideal for those who have been away and want to get started again.
Level 2 Experienced students. Regular attendance expected.
Level 1-2. Between levels. Not for beginners. Regular attendance recommended.
Slow! A more moderately paced, less rigorous class for those who have lower energy levels, general weakness, poor balance, or any other reason to go more slowly.
