Class levels take you step-by-step through an organized learning process that encompasses the full scope and depth of the subject.
True progress requires prolonged study at each level.
Introductory Recommended if you’re completely new to Iyengar yoga. The fundamentals of the Iyengar Method are taught in standing poses and basic postures that build skill and create a solid foundation for continued progress.
Level 1 Beginners. For new students with no prior experience. It is also a good choice if you've been away and want to get started again.
Level 2 Ongoing Students. Students who regularly attend class and have begun to practice inverted poses. Not for beginners.
Level 3 Intermediates. Permission of teacher.
Slow/Specific Needs. More moderately paced. A gentler approach for those of any level who have lower energy, poor balance, unusually extreme stiffness, injuries or anything that might prevent you from joining a regular class. This class runs as an 8 week series from July 9 through August 27.
