Class levels take you through an organized learning curve that encompasses the full scope and depth of the subject. True progress requires prolonged study at each level.
Introductory Recommended if you’re completely new to Iyengar yoga. The fundamentals of the Iyengar Method are taught in standing poses and other, basic postures to build skill and create a solid foundation for continued progress.
Level 1 Beginners. This class also welcomes new students with no prior experience, and is a good choice if you've been away and want to get started again. Shoulderstand and headstand are introduced when the student is ready.
Level 2 Ongoing Students. Students who regularly attend class and have begun to practice headstand and shoulderstand. Not for beginners.
Level 2 - 3* Ongoing Students & Intermediates. Permission of teacher.
Slow & Gentle* A more moderately paced, less rigorous class for those who have lower energy levels, general weakness, poor balance, or any other reason to go more slowly.
